American Folk Art Museum Free Days
Open: Tues-Sun: 10:30am - 5:30pm; Fri: 10:30am - 7:30pm;
Free Days: Fridays after 5:30pm
Brooklyn Botanical Garden Free Days
Open Tues–Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm; Sat-Sun: 10:00am - 4:30pm
Free Days: All Tuesdays; Seniors, Fridays year-round; Weekdays (Nov 17 to March 2); Saturdays 10am-noon are free unless there is a special event;
Metropolitan Museum of Art Free Days
The Metropolitan Museum of Art is open Tues–Thur: 9:30am – 5:30pm; Fri-Sat: 9:30am – 9:00pm; Sun: 9:30am - 5:30pm;
Free Days: The Met participates in several programs that include free days for students. All New York City public school students, along with students from Bard Graduate Center, Barnard College, Columbia University, and the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University, may visit the Museum for free. Please check with your school administrator to see if your student I.D. allows free admission to the Museum.
Manhattan Children’s Museum Free Days
The Manhattan Children’s Museum is open Tues-Sun: 10am to 5pm; Closed Monday for School and Outreach Programs; Open till 8pm on the First Friday of each month.
The Manhattan Children’s Museum is free on the First Friday of every month, from 5pm to 8pm.

MOMA Free Days
The Museum of Modern Art is open Sat-Mon: 10:30am - 5:30pm; Wed-Thr: 10:30am - 5:30pm; Fri: 10:30am - 8:00pm; Closed Tues, Thanksgiving & Christmas;
The Museum of Modern Art is free every Friday night 4:00-8:00pm.

New York Botanical Garden Free Days
The Gardens are generally open Tues-Sun, 10:00am - 6:00pm. Please check the official website for specific dates.
Free Days : Wednesdays (All Day); Saturdays (10 a.m. to noon);
Free Days only basic grounds admission. Does NOT include admission to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, Everett Children’s Adventure Garden, Rock and Native Plant Gardens (April–October), or Tram Tour.
